Promoting studies in the U. S. at the English Language Library in Angers
On January 26, APP Rennes Consul Robert Tate spoke to forty university students about the American higher education system at a forum on studies abroad organized by the English Language Library in Angers. Consul Tate explained the many advantages to studying in the United States, highlighting the diversity found on American campuses and the quality of instructors and equipment.
He then discussed how interested students can avail themselves of resources at the U.S. Embassy Education USA office to learn more about their specific fields of interest and explore possible financial aid. He also explained that the visa application process is straightforward, guiding people to the Embassy website for step-by-step instructions.
